Vine Fruits
The world’s best bakers always use raisins and sultanas that are soaked for extra moisture as this helps make your baked products taste even better. At Whitworths, we’ve done this for you!
We take our succulent raisins and sultanas and put them through our ‘water dipping’ process to give them extra moisture. The result? Great tasting baking made easier!
Baking Fruit
Whitworths has been supplying baking fruit for almost 125 years. Throughout that time we’ve been pioneering new technology to improve the quality of our products. We use a unique technology called Soft fruit which makes dried fruit much moister, improving the quality of your home-baked favourites.
We use Softfruit apple in our range of our dried fruits, including Whitworths Premium Fruit Mix and American Style Fruit Mix products.
