Strawberry Shortcake Bites

Makes 4 cake bites

Ingredients

60g (4 biscuits) small shortbread
finger biscuits

18g Strawberry Frootz(1 pack -
other flavours can be used)

20g white chocolate

10g butter

10g golden syrup

Decorations if desired

You will need:

4 muffin cases

How to make:

  • 1. Crush the biscuits in a cup and add the packet of Frootz

  • 2. Put the chocolate, butter, sugar and syrup in another cup and microwave on full power for 30 seconds and mix well

  • 3. Stir in the Frootz and biscuit mixture

  • 4. When all mixed together spoon the mixture into muffin cases

  • 5. Leave to cool and set for 10 minutes before serving

  • 6. Decorate if desired
