
Makes 4 cake bites
60g (4 biscuits) small shortbread
finger biscuits
18g Strawberry Frootz(1 pack -
other flavours can be used)
20g white chocolate
10g butter
10g golden syrup
Decorations if desired
4 muffin cases
1. Crush the biscuits in a cup and add the packet of Frootz
2. Put the chocolate, butter, sugar and syrup in another cup and microwave on full power for 30 seconds and mix well
3. Stir in the Frootz and biscuit mixture
4. When all mixed together spoon the mixture into muffin cases
5. Leave to cool and set for 10 minutes before serving
6. Decorate if desired
