Sticky Krispie Cakes

Makes 4 cakes

Ingredients

20g Margarine

20g Marshmallows (multi colored)

18g Frootz (1 pack any flavour)

20g  Popped rice cereal

Decorations if desired

You will need:

4 muffin cases

How to make:

  • 1. Put the margarine and marshmallows in a cup

  • 2. Melt the margarine and marshmallows in the microwave for 30 seconds on full power

  • 3. Stir the Frootz & cereal into the melted marshmallow and margarine mixture

  • 4. Spoon the mix into the muffin cases

  • 5. Leave to cool and set

  • 6. Decorate if desired
