
Makes 10 cones
18g Frootz (1 pack any flavour)
1 can of your favorite fizzy pop drink
1 packet cake mix (any type around 225g)
10 flat bottomed ice cream cones
Decorations if desired
1 medium mixing bowl
1 baking tray
1. Pre-heat the oven to 175°c
2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix ½ the can (165mls) of fizzy pop and all the cake mix (do not add any eggs, milk, oil, etc)
3. Sprinkle the Frootz in the bottom of each cone
4. Pour the cake mix into each cone filling only half way up (any more will boil over)
5. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes
6. Leave to cool
7. Decorate if desired
