Fruity Cake Cones

Makes 10 cones

Ingredients

18g Frootz (1 pack any flavour)

1 can of your favorite fizzy pop drink

1 packet cake mix (any type around 225g)

10 flat bottomed ice cream cones

Decorations if desired

You will need:

1 medium mixing bowl

1 baking tray

How to make:

  • 1. Pre-heat the oven to 175°c

  • 2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix ½ the can (165mls) of fizzy pop and all the cake mix (do not add any eggs, milk, oil, etc)

  • 3. Sprinkle the Frootz in the bottom of each cone

  • 4. Pour the cake mix into each cone filling only half way up (any more will boil over)

  • 5. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes

  • 6. Leave to cool

  • 7. Decorate if desired
